About Finland E-Invoicing

Finland is globally recognised for its high e-invoicing penetration, driven by the Finvoice standard developed by Finance Finland (FFI) in cooperation with TIEKE. B2G e-invoicing has been mandatory since 2010. B2B adoption is voluntary but extremely high: Finnish banks and operators have created a seamless interoperable network where Finvoice invoices are exchanged between businesses through banking operators. Finland also participates in the Peppol network (BIS 3.0) for cross-border and public sector exchange.
