About Netherlands E-Invoicing
The Netherlands mandates e-invoicing for suppliers to central government via the Digipoort gateway and Peppol network. There is currently no general domestic B2B mandate, but on 15 March 2026 the Dutch government confirmed a national timeline aligned with the EU's ViDA framework: mandatory B2B e-invoicing by 2030 and domestic e-reporting by 2032. The Dutch CIUS (NLCIUS) and SI-UBL formats are widely used alongside Peppol BIS 3.0.
